Coach John Papas

CEO/Founder, Agent

Coach Papas is a trailblazer in NIL representation, leveraging his extensive experience from founding the Elite Football Clinics, Premier Football Consulting, and The LEAGUE. Since the advent of NIL in 2021, his expertise has been instrumental in helping clients secure positions at prestigious Power Five programs, including Alabama, Georgia, and Miami.

What sets Coach Papas apart is his unparalleled network, built over 40+ years in football. As a seasoned coach and camp owner, he has welcomed thousands of college and professional coaches to his camps, including notable figures such as Lou Anarumo (DC, Cincinnati Bengals), Shane Waldron (OC, Chicago Bears), George Godsey (Baltimore Ravens), Chris Shea (VP, Kansas City Chiefs), and many others.

Prior to his work in NIL, Coach Papas founded the NE Elite Football Clinic 31 years ago, growing it into one of the largest and most successful football clinics in the country. He also established Premier Football Consulting in 2003, making it a leading name in football recruiting consulting. A 2018 MHSFCA Hall of Fame inductee, Coach Papas boasts a 37-year coaching career across various levels, including Harvard, Bentley, and Tufts, and is a Hall of Fame coach at Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Nico Papas

Lead Agent

Nico Papas has been a pivotal figure in NIL representation since its inception in 2021, providing invaluable advice and guidance that has helped players secure spots at top programs like Alabama, Georgia, and Miami. With 15 years of experience in recruiting—spanning roles as a player, coach, and consultant—Nico has worked closely with over 1,000 former and current PFC clients. His deep relationships with college coaches nationwide and his understanding of each institution’s recruitment process make him a trusted expert in the field.

As a high school standout, Nico was an All-State Defensive Lineman and All-New England Fullback, attracting interest from colleges across all levels (FBS, FCS, D3). He chose to play at Columbia University, an Ivy League FCS program, where he was a four-year varsity player, starting at Fullback and participating in every game of his career. Nico was honored as a National Scholar-Athlete and named the team’s “Unsung Hero” during his senior year.

Matt Fratto

Matt Fratto, a former Harvard football player, is exceptionally well-connected in both the football and private equity sectors. His unique blend of experience on Wall Street and his role as an agent for Premier Football Consulting makes him an ideal representative for clients navigating the NIL landscape.

A four-year varsity player at Harvard University, Matt started as a tight end and brought his athletic discipline to the professional world. In addition to his Wall Street experience, he has worked with ESPN’s Scouting Division and traveled extensively across the country. Matt specializes in high-academic college placements, ranging from FBS programs to prestigious D3 institutions, leveraging his extensive network and expertise to secure optimal opportunities for his clients.

Mike Kelleher

With 38 years of experience as a college coach, Mike Kelleher boasts an unparalleled network of connections throughout the coaching world. His extensive relationships with coaches facilitate seamless interactions between clients and coaches during NIL negotiations. As a highly respected former coach, Mike is dedicated to working tirelessly to secure the ideal NIL deals for his clients.

Coach Kelleher spent over 30 years as a Division I coach, most recently serving as the defensive coordinator at Brown University for 19 years. Prior to that, he held coaching positions at Columbia, Rhode Island, and Maine. A former Division I football player at Boston University, he began his coaching career immediately after graduation. Mike’s personal connections with hundreds of coaches and programs nationwide, combined with his deep knowledge of the recruiting process, make his expertise in the NIL world truly unmatched.

Jordan Wright (J.D.)

Our newest team member, Jordan, brings a diverse legal background with extensive experience in contracts, corporate law, and litigation. He has successfully passed the Louisiana and Florida Bar exams and has been practicing law since 2015. Jordan’s experience includes serving as legal counsel for a prominent medical device company, where he gained valuable expertise in navigating complex legal challenges. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts, consistently pursuing the best possible outcomes for all. Currently a litigation attorney in South Florida, Jordan is a dedicated advocate and expert negotiator, ready to secure the best results for his clients in NIL negotiations.
